Because this is a prototype, privacy, security and trusted-access procedures are still being established. By using the prototype you understand that:

Each category is collected only to support the feature it belongs to. We never sell your information or use it for advertising.

We make no claim to "bank-level" or independently audited security at this stage. Our privacy, cybersecurity and access procedures are being established before any public launch, and this section will be updated as they are verified.
Heirloom is available to users in all Australian states and territories. Estate planning laws (wills, powers of attorney, medical decision-makers) differ between jurisdictions. Documents generated by the prototype are general preparation documents only, and their review and execution must comply with the laws of your state or territory.
Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, you may access, correct or request deletion of your information, and complain to us at myheirloom.au@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
